[Bug?] Right part of the browser doesn't react

I don’t know the exact date but from a certain day the right part of the browser (see image) no longer reacts; clicking results nothing, hover action doesn’t work and scrolling by swiping touch pad is unavailable. Super weird! The issue doesn’t appear on any other browsers. Opening private window or disabling all extension do not solve the problem.
