[Bug] Pressing ESC closes windows tabs when history popups

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open New private window
  2. press CTRL + H
  3. Pop-up appears “Sites you visited…”
  4. Press ESC button
  5. All private windows are closed

Expected result:

Pressing ESC button should close the pop-up, not close all private windows.
