Browsing data, history, cookies, cache, and open tabs reset without warning after the last update

Description of the issue: After the last update, Brave Browser deleted (without previous warning) the browsing data, history, cookies, cache and, open tabs.

How can this issue be reproduced?:

  1. Update Brave browser from a previous release of 1.33.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit).
  2. Close Brave browser.
  3. Start Brave browser.

Expected result: After the update and restart of the browser, every user setup should be backed up automatically (specially open tabs and history), or warn the user about the resetting, letting bookmark and backup any relevant data before the reset.
