Expected result:
For the RAM usage to be lower

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.32.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

DxDiag.txt (80.8 KB)

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

It’s the same

Can you try creating a new test profile and check to see if the resource usage is high when only the new profile window is open as well?

It’s the same with the testing profile

You need to have only the testing profile window open. If you successfully created a new profile, it should not have any extensions installed on it.

I don’t know, I closed the first window

And that is the only window open at this time? If so, can you please close any open task manager windows, wait a few moments, then re-open task manager and see if the other extensions are still showing here?

Can you switch profiles within Brave and remove those extensions in the other profile @Fannste94

You mean to remove extensions from the normal profile?
