Description of the issue:
The Brave Browser will sometimes or often times refresh the page/browser when the viewport or browser is resized on desktop.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result:
The browser will completely refresh and refresh the page.

V1.27.111

Do you see this happen for any page you’re on or only when doing this for specific sites? If so, what is the commonality between the sites?
It is not a website issue, this issue happens on all websites for me, therefore it is a browser issue entirely. This issue does not happen with any other browser, such as chrome.

Do you have any extensions installed at this time? Additionally, can you try testing this by creating a new temp. browser profile and see if you observe the same behavior?

Can you please try disabling your extensions and test to see if you get the same behavior? I imagine that with all extensions disabled, you will not see the refresh.
yes, I disabled all relevant extensions that could cause this bug. I haven’t had the issue since then, but I will let you know.

I figured it would be one of them causing the issue – You can also re-enable them one at a time until you find the offending extension.
