I am trying to install the browser in windows 10. It will not install and hangs on downloading from internet. The following are things I have tried.
Both 32 and 64 bit versions give same error message. For Both the online install and the standalone install.
Tried an earlier version same issue.
Opened firewall same issue.
Allowed program through the firewall same issue.
I use defender for antivirus and even when i turn it off it still does not install
The standalone installer still tries to download files from the internet.
I tried using chrome and edge to download and still have the same issue.
I am downloading the official version from github.
All other programs and browsers that i tested install without issue except for brave.
So how do I fix this?
