Browser crash after removing Sync chain

Description of the issue:
Use case: Exiting Sync after removing Sync chain causes the browser to hard crash

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. In Sync settings, select Leave Sync Chain
  2. Select Manage your synced devices to return back to the main settings

Expected result:
Navigate to main settings

Actual result:
App crashes to desktop

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.25.72 Chromium: 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:
Crash is reproducible on both macOS Catalina and Big Sur
