Brave won't let me delete Saved Passwords in Windows 10

I click on a password I want to delete, and Brave asks me for my Windows password.

I’m not sure I even know what the hell a Windows Password IS, but neither my Microsoft password NOR my Brave password work.

Worse still, I literally can’t even TYPE in the panel asking for my Windows password.

So how the hell do I get past PIN?

It’s the password or pin you created when you set up your operating system. You know, that password you have to enter when you first turn on your computer, before you get to your desktop?
