Description of the issue:
When Brave is launched the screen is white for a few seconds and it exists me from the app.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
Brave Version( check About Brave): Latest version available on the play store.
Mobile Device details
Running on a tablet. CPU: Kirin 659, 2Gb of Ram with EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0.
