Brave throws 403 error on haaretz.com site

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open haaretz.com web page
  2. instead of web page there is a 403 error 54113 varnish server
  3. this happens with all pages on website
    I emptied cache, tried with and without vpn, restarted desktop

Expected result:
web page opens displaying content

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.48.171

Additional Information:
Haaretz.com web pages do open using Brave Private Window. They also open on mobile device and also with Chrome & FF browsers.

Try disabling all extensions in normal window mode
