Brave Sync limit (10 devices) not updating after removing devices

Description of the issue:
When trying to add my new iPhone to my sync chain, I am told I am over the 10 device limit. I removed devices and now have less than 10 devices on the sync chain, the error still occurs. I waited a day for the sync chain to refresh and the error still persists.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Navigate to join an existing sync chain within the iOS app and using the QR code to attempt to join.

Reproduces how often:
Every attempt is unsuccessful.
