Brave suddenly stopped blocking pop up ads on animixplay. (On iOS)

Description of the issue:
For the past two days brave hasn’t been blocking pop up ads on animixplay. This was never an issue before and none of my settings were changed. I am watching on a iPad.

iOS . . . Do you have

  • ‘Private Browsing Only’ Enabled ?

  • ‘Block Popups’ Enabled ?

Yes they are both enabled

Guessing, that the Ad-Blocking component for Brave Browser iOS, was updated.

And, might need work @fanboynz ?

An update for ios will go out, not sure if it’ll fix all popups (give it 48hrs). There is so many randomised adservers on various sites we can’t cover on ios.

When we get cosmetic filtering in ios it should help improve the popup issues
