Brave Rewards Profile flagged when adding new device

Briefly describe your issue:
Stopped receiving BAT rewards in my PC browser around December. Didn’t have too much time to troubleshoot so left it as is. My old phone didn’t pass verification so never used it for Brave rewards. Received new phone and looked to setup Brave and went to verify Uphold Wallet. Noticed my PC Browser was showing unverified too so I went to verify and logon to my existing Uphold wallet at the same time. Now receiving message on PC and phone that my Brave Reward Profile is flagged. FAQ is very vague and unhelpful regarding this matter.

Jan 2021? Possibly earlier.
