Brave rewards missing after one-time transfer from mobile to desktop wallet

Hello, my BAT has still not transferred from my mobile wallet to my desktop wallet. I have followed the thread by @Mattches (sending a PM with wallet payment info, etc) and have still not received any response. Is there anything else to do here? Thanks in advance!
