Mobile BAT rewards not transferred to wallet

It is the second month that my rewards have not transferred to my wallet. I have verified the wallet and also clicked claim. Is there something else I should be doing?

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
