Brave Rewards Latvia

Briefly describe your issue:
I can’t switch on Brave Rewards, it shows an error "Unavailable jurisdictions: “Brave Rewards is not available in your region” , but I am from LATVIA and our country is not in restricted region list.
I DON’T use any VPN services.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)
I am using version 1.56.20 Chromium: 115.0.5790.171 (64 Bit)

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)

Thank you so much! It helped!
I had Region: Latvia on my laptop, but Russian language (Russia) was set.
I selected Russian (Ukraine) and now everything is fixed and working!
