Brave Rewards don't work in VM?

Hi,
Few days ago I transformed my old WS to a virtualization server with esxi. In this server I have a NAS, a windows and a little webserver. I use this VM to office tascs (calc and write). After use brave these days i noted that I don’t have any rewards, but I see ads. It’s because I work with a VM?
