Nearly all my rewards that I earned for Jan 2022 just vanished into thin air. This is my first month using brave, and I had no payouts yet. However, almost all the rewards that I accumulated since I downloaded brave disappeared.
Why did this happen, and how do I restore my BAT?

You can see the notification in you brave reward ads
Even though they disappeared? In the settings, however, it still lists all the ads I clicked on, but the count went back down to .060 
After re-reading your post I looked again at the settings. I can see the notification you mentioned on my phone - thank you for pointing it out.
I don’t see it though on my laptop. Here the rewards are gone.
