After “Payout report is in progress” has gone in my brave account, BAT BALANCE is still 0. Why? There is even no deposited amount in my uphold.

- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.

So, it’s not an issue. You mix two different wallet/account, @jammes 
creators.brave.com account is different from brave:rewards wallet. Having BAT in your Rewards wallet doesn’t mean the BAT will be shown on Creators dashboard too. They don’t talk to each others.
Creators account is a place to manage your online property and BAT received from tips/contribution, while Rewards wallet is a place to manage your Brave Ads and other Rewards features (auto-contribute, tips, and monthly tips).
Well, how to get the BAT in my Rewards Wallet?
There, a verify button. But you’ll need 25 BAT first in your Rewards wallet before you able to connect it to Uphold account.
