I am getting error while opening brave rewards in nightly app both on Windows and Mobile version. I am not able to see my current earnings earned. Please help.

You can understand why it’s happening. You should go to Rewards dashboard by clicking the settings gear icon in the rewards panel, there they have provided the link.
But I cannot connect to my Uphold wallet because of region non support. Is there any other way ?
Nope. No other way. You’ll have to wait till region is supported again.
