Earnings not transferring to Uphold account for over a year+ now

For the last year and 4 months Brave has not been cashing out BAT to my verified Uphold account. My account is connected on 1 PC and 1 Mobile device, both show they are accumulating monthly ad-reward BAT but after payout my balance does not change. It says payout is successful but on my Uphold account I do not see any monthly payouts anymore. It has been this way since Nov. 2022. I doubt I can receive what has magically been disappearing but I’d still like to try and resolve this issue.

@Gray honestly sounds like some of the behavior behind recently flagged accounts. It shows as if you’re earning but you don’t actually earn or get paid. It’s not until you submit a ticket and they investigate that it’s been revealed.

Regardless, the only step in having them help determine your issue and whether there’s a resolution will be to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

My account was flagged around Nov. 2022 if I recall correctly (No idea why really), but I also recall the flag being lifted a couple months later. Either way, thank you for pointing me in the right direction, hopefully the support ticket can help resolve this issue.
