I’m not receiving any BAT even though advertisements are displayed on the New Tab Background. This started happening recently, sometime between this month to last week.

Sir I use more than one profile but recently I faced that problem not counting any bat by sponsors images
Nope I do not use profiles.
@boppinparty it seems that the ad limits – per hour, per day and whichever there may be – now apply to all profiles in a brave installation, I thought this could be your case.

I’m getting the Pop-up Ads, and getting credited for them.
As for New Tab Ads, I’m seeing them on my New Tab, but my BAT counter does not get credited for those ads. It’s all rather strange.

Could be, I’ve definitely seen a couple New Tab Ads that were nothing from the catalog you linked. So in reality, the bug was that New Tab Ads were not being served from the correct catalog?
@boppinparty how many ntp ads campaigns were available for you? it used to happen that when a ntp ad campaign had few hours left you would receive ntp ads from the next available and if there wasn’t any them you could receive ads from other regions, naturally those wasn’t counted.
i’m not sure if that was fixed, if you have ntp ads campaigns available and still receiving S.I from other region try closing the browser and clear the cache. this used to solve the problem but currently I’m not sure.
if you don’t have available ntp ads campaigns then “this is normal” because the browser always try to serve ntp ads in the 4th ntp. I don’t remember where but I read one of the brave team saying that they were planning to change the system so the browser will not serve you sponsored images once the limit has been reached, I hope they also make it to not show S.I when there isn’t any available in the catalog
Same problem here, 9 profiles and 0 ads on new tabs…
I have at least 7 campaigns available. I don’t want to clear cache though, there’s some things in my browsing history that I might want to recall.
@florins it’s not worth to have more than one profile anymore, now the ad limits are shared between profiles
that is pretty bad… and the pop up ads??
