Fix for BAT not porting to Uphold wallet

Dear Brave Rewards Users, If you’ve experienced an issue with BAT not successfully porting from your browser wallet to your Uphold wallet, please upgrade your browser to v1.22.67. Once upgraded, then disconnect and reconnect your Uphold wallet. BAT that was earned before the March Rewards Settlement should then drain directly from your browser wallet to your Uphold wallet.
