Description of the issue:
Brave is not loading urls and opened tabs failing to reload.
I observed this behavior several times recently before 9/5/2024 and reloading brave itself ie. exit and relaunching fixed the issue.
I ended up reinstalling brave and it must be the 3rd time i’m doing so and i’m currently on the latest version (1.65.130 Chromium: 124.0.6367.159 )

- just leave tabs open and after several days nothing reloads and open tabs simply turn gray and loaded page displays an error in the lines of “cannot load”
Expected result:
a working, stable browser i guess - as was the case before
Reproduces how often:
quite often now - i’d say i’ve seen this at least every week for the last 3 weeks

Additional Information:
i’ve seen several tickets describing the same issue dating from 2023 and some in 2024. The topics are closed automatically and that seems to suggest that the issue is probably not getting the attention it deserves (not accusing you of ignoring though this might read as such) .
I think it’s a serious issue since brave simply stops working meaning once the tabs start graying up and error messages disappear with errors - it’s impossible to get it to load any urls and in my case today, even relaunching brave did not solve the isssue and i was forced to reinstall it - it’s basically unusable so yeah that’s that
