Brave install won't open

**Description of the issue:
Brave won’t install on Windows 10.
Windows has been updated.
Checked Bitdefender firewall and it was allowed through.

**How can this issue be reproduced?

I’ve tried multiple times on multiple days.

  1. I’ve downloaded installer.
  2. Clicked on icon - nothing happens.
  3. Tried from Start menu - nothing happens.
  4. Tried running from file location - nothing happens.
  5. I’m not getting any error messages.

**Expected result:
I expect it to run!

**Brave Version (check About Brave):
I downloaded the latest version from website 1.12.22. Can’t get it to open to check.

**Additional Information:
Would like to use Brave. Have used it in the past on other computers and my cell phone. Don’t understand what the problem is.
