Brave dont send my rewards on Uphold!

Hello guys,

i cant send my BAT Rewards to my Uphold Account. Uphold is verified but it doesnt works.
With my Android Smartphone it works fine since 3 months but not with my PC. I use my PC primary and will send the BATs to my Uphold account. My PC and Android Smartphone are synchronized. Pls help me…

HI @AlperOzer, you should be set to receive your BAT as a part of the October 6th payout. Send me a message if not.

Thanks @AlperOzer for the context. Ok a couple of things:

  • What OS and Brave version are you currently on?
  • When did you most recently connect your wallet?

I use Windows 10 with the Brave version 1.14.84 (latest version i think?)
I connect my wallet 4 months ago.

No… Not from PC… From my Android yes it works…

Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
