It might be possible to when you go to your 7 days ad history, give the crypto ones you no longer want to see a thumbs down and further to the right click the option to no longer see ads from that category. But be warned, you will get less ads then. Unless you hate crypto ads that much, proceed with caution. If you do not care about the BAT then by all means disable those hatred ads!
