Brave Creator and Advertising Reward haven't received

I’m using two brave browser and both are verified by Uphold. For 1st one I already have received BAT on 6th April and for 2nd one still I have not received. bAT is missing for 2nd browser. This is advertised reward.

Also I have not received my Creator account Reward still it is showing in progress.

The total amount of BAT is about 16 BAT.
I have been using Brave from last 6 months and facing this type issue first time.
Can any one help pls ??
