Brave crashes when import bookmarks

Description of the issue:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Brave browser
  2. Click here (text in portuguese)

  3. Brave opens config page then crashes

Reproduces how often:
Everytime

Brave Version: 1.62.153 / Chromium: 121.0.6167.85

Additional Information:
Windows 11 23h2

@Hugouououo,
Can you please tell me what browser you’re attempting to import bookmarks from? On my end I cannot reproduce this crash — both macOS and Win10 systems import from other browsers without issue for me.
