Brave crashes on startup (Mac)

Can someone please help? I just downloaded brave and it keeps crashing within 5-10 secs. I re-installed it after downloading again but still its the same. I looked at many other posts regarding this but they were of no issue. My current MacOS is Big Sur 11.1
