Brave Browser not opening hyperlinks in Windows 10 Mail

Description of the issue:

Brave Browser as defult Windows 10 browser does not open hyperlinks in emails when inside of Windows Mail.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Change defult web browser to Brave Browser

  2. Attempt to open embedded link inside of an email in the defult Windows 10 Mail app

  3. Pop up occurs citing “unable to open link”
