Description of the issue:*
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Opening a new tab (with/without entering any url)
- Sometimes just viewing/commenting/posing on any site like twitter, youtube, brave community forum, etc.
Expected result:
Freezes or white background with error - Out of memory
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave is up to date
[Version 1.14.81 Chromium: 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)]
Additional Information:
I am using laptop and Windows 10 OS
