Description of the issue:
When loading pdf to be viewed in brave browser, the viewer shows a broken page icon in the page section.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Attempt to open a local or remote pdf file in the browser tab.
- as an example this pdf file form the internet page replicats this behaviour for me.

Expected result:
pdf file displays correctly in the pdf viewer of the brave browser

Additional Information:
This behaviour has started recently few mothts on number of diffirent workstations/laptops im using, my suspicion is that Brave version update has resulted in some broken dependencies . Also worht noting that alternative browsers from Mozila lineage do not suffer from this behaviour on same systems.
