Description of the issue:
Brave Browser is not able to download any file.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result:
The download starts.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.29.76, Chromium 93.0.4577.58, installed from the official brave repository (https://brave-browser-rpm-release.s3.brave.com/x86_64/)
I literally downloaded over 50 files today on the exact version.
Can you provide a Screen recording regarding this?

Note I having 0 issue downloading files from Microsoft Edge Beta (same operating system, same user).
Hmm that is pretty weird. Haven’t seen anybody face that issue.

Could narrow down the issue to the launch-command I had been using to force the browser to run with the wayland compositor: Exec=/usr/bin/brave-browser-stable --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland called from the browser’s .desktop file. I was not able to narrow this further down.
edit: fixing the command above fixed this issue. If a moderator sees this topic, they might as well delete it. 
Ohh wait, I see you are using linux and I am totally unaware about Linux.
So, I actually don’t know what that codes mean.
No issue downloading here. I have checked Ubuntu 21.04 and 20.04 and Archlinux
Brave has just been upgraded to 1.29.77, I have no problem with either 1.29.76 or 1.29.77.
