Description of the issue: Clicking on received Notification Ads does not open them in a new tab in Brave Browser
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Brave-dev latest version 1.11.68
2.Receive an Ad Notification and Click on it
3.The notification gets dismissed but nothing happens. Ad count doesn’t change in Rewards Settings.
Expected result:
The add would open up in a new Tab in Brave Browser.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave - Dev v. 1.11.68
Additional Information:
This issue started happening in version .67 but it wasn’t consistent. In version 1.11.68 it happens every time I click a notification ad.
