Brave ads frozen for some days

Briefly describe your issue:
Hello, I don’t receive any brave rewards for nearly two weeks now.
the only message displayed in rewards-internals is Token list empty/Transferring tokens failed.
Is my wallet flagged ?

yes with Uphold
What date did you verify your wallet?
05/05/2021 first time ; 14/02/2022 last time
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

yes but based in my country

Had DM Steeven 11 days ago (and Saltybanana 21 days ago) but still no answer.
I’d be happy to resolve my problem myself and not to flood you guys however there is no response in the forum to anyone with the same problem (and there is a lot).
