Braev default languade bot working

Description of the issue:
Default language not working when applied.
Even when erasing all languages besides English, the Portuguese (in my case) is the language presented for brave ui.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I installed Brave and it was automatically set to Portuguese since I am in Portugal
  2. I went to settings → language
  3. changed to English as the language of brave

Expected result:
The UI language does not change

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.42.97

You can add one or more languages.

To select the UI language, click the 3 dots in the desirable language and active to display as UI language. Then you must click the button “Relaunch” in order to apply the changes.

I selected Portuguese → relaunch
I selected English → relaunch
Now it applied the changes. Probably the first time I didn’t relaunch and even closing the browser didn’t applied the changes.
