Same issue for me.

One of the support staff got in touch with me because I was having a similar issue. He got my info then about 30 minutes later there was a change to the payout status from “completed” to “investigating an issue” or something like that. Seemed like they are working on it. I think they will get it worked out…just gotta be patient.
My guess is that they have seen an increase in users over the past few months with more people (myself included) coming into the market. Growing pains is what it looks like to me.
