BAT's is accuring while i reload the new tab page

I do not really sure is it a bug or correct work of Brave Revards.

Description of the issue:
While reloading the New Tab page about 10 times i received from 0.01 to 0.06 BAT. I tested this on two different devices and in both it works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Brave

2. Open the New Tab

3. Press F5 or combine fn + F5(reload page) 10 or more times

Actual Result:
BAT is accrued on Brave Rewards without receiving ads

Expected Result:
Nothing happened

Reproduces how often:
3-4 times a day

Brave Version:
V1.28.105

It is not a bug, these are actually new tab page ads! And you can receive 4 in an hour with a max of 20 a day. They refresh 24 hours later. So let’s say you began receiving your first one at 12pm. Well 23 hours later at 11am it will not work. You can keep track of them if you really care to do so.
