Bat Tokens are still missing , no ads for more than 1 week

This one is regarding brave rewards in my android . I am an active user who uses Brave as well as Brave Beta . so during the last payment date i was able to see that my bat tokens disappeared from both browsers. But i did got around 12 bat to my Uphold account on 9th November but i was having around 17 Bat and remaining bat was not credited at all. I did waited for the payment but still there was no hope.
so could you just take a look at this issue as well. And on today i could see that you updated the status from uphold account payment to completed and still I didnt receive the token. could you check into this

--------Second issue—

As of today brave beta app now crashes on its own while i try to clear history and also I didn’t receive ads for about a week.

still if you could help me clarify this issue it would really be helpful.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
