Bat token not receiving to uphold wallet

why not receiving to uphold wallet?? said its autamati, my bat token is from november but till now in my brave wallet its still, and for publisher its still zero, please fix this i already contact the uphold,

same, when i check my brave browser, its still remain, then when i check my publisher zero balance, but i already connected to uphold wallet, its said automatic pay out to uphold but when i check zero balance too, my bat token is from november, so this is wrong right
