After the new Android update, I opened the app started the wallet creation and it said BRAVE WALLET unavailable and the the icon disappeared. What should I do get it back?

Would you both mind sharing a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?

Also, can either of you tell me whether or not your phones are rooted?

For those of you who do not have rooted phones, can you try returning to chrome://flags and re-enabling the Brave Rewards flag? This will run the safteynet scan again and hopefully return the proper results.

And for people with rooted phones?

Tried multiple times before you even suggested, nope, didn’t work!

There’s a similar post with a solution (or actually a cause of this problem), so I’d recommend you go there as well.

And by the way, I also tried turning Brave Rewards flag on and it didn’t work (SafetyNet test failed in my case).

Need some help here bro😭

same here not rooted 8gb of available memory just doesnt work

Can you try:

  1. Disabling Rewards in settings
  2. Going typing chrome://flags into the address bar and searching for a #enable-brave-rewards.
  3. Set this flag to default then relaunch the browser and try to enable rewards again.
