Description of the issue:
Disable the background photos on new tabs == visual vomit
How can this issue be reproduced?
Disable photos on new tabs and open a new tab, BE—HOLD A BUCKET so you don’t get it on the floor!
Expected result:
Call me whacky but how about a user selectable colors for the gradient? Even crazier how about a solid color? Let’s get INSANE and say maybe even adhere to the users system colors? Crazy I know, perhaps I should be locked up. This is even more obnoxious and jarring when you have the dark theme enabled as the gradient is bright.

Additional Information:
The system won’t let me select tags other than OS’s which is stupid because New Tab, Background and Colors would all be much more useful as tags than the OS since this isn’t an OS dependent issue.
