Automatic Picture-In-Picture when changing tabs

This is a really great feature in Arc Browser which I’d love to see come to Brave. Whenever a video is actively playing and you switch tabs, it automatically pops out as a PIP, and when you go back to the tab it obviously closes that and just goes back to full-screen.
