Make "Night mode" functionality work automatically based on iOS system settings

### Description On iOS, you can set the system to enable "Night mode" theming a…utomatically based on the time of day. At this time, Brave's night mode functions independently from the iOS system settings and is only enabled/disabled when manually turned on/off in the browser. Users have expressed interest in having this feature and I think it warrants consideration. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Set iOS night mode settings to "automatic" 2.
