How can this issue be reproduced?
Whether playing YouTube videos, or trying to play an MP3 file from my own web site, the audio will not play.
Sometimes, I can get the audio to start playing for about 1 second, then it immediately cuts off.
I also have Fire Fox and Chrome Browsers on my computer. These both play back audio from the same sources with no problem. So my computer setup is fine. I am using a MacBook Pro with OS 10.13.6. I use a Sound Devices USBPre-2 audio interface with high quality headphones.
Expected result: Audio plays with no problem.
