Are "First-Party Sets" Disabled in Brave by Default?

As per the below link, in the Chrome 113 release notes, Google have added controls for managing “First-Party Sets”.

Brave previously posted regarding “First-Party Sets” at the link below. In the blog post, Brave mentioned that they’re opposed to “First-Party Sets”, however they did not mention what actions they are taking with regard so them. Is this feature already disabled by default in Brave?
