Anyone else noticing this bug at the top of the browser in fullscreen?

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Use Monterey version 12.1
2. Version 1.34.81 Chromium: 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (arm64)
3. Open Brave in fullscreen

Expected result:
The browser should look like the screenshot below at the top

Instead there is this large extra space inserted.

I have the same problem with the fullscreen header on both Mac Intel and Mac M1. I am using all the current versions of OS and Brave. Have tried resetting, reinstalling, killing all extensions, removing pins, and so forth. No luck. Thought it might be triggered by having too many tabs, but that doesn’t seem like the problem either. Annoying!
