Android Bat not transfering to Uphold Account

Briefly describe your issue:
-Android wallet will not finish verify to my uphold account and therefore none of my android bat get transferred. My phone is damaged and needs to be replaced so instead of just waiting like you guys suggest on most the forum posts I have read I need to get this fixed so I can get a phone with a screen that isn’t shattered.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
-App version: Brave 1.31.90, Chromium 95.0.4638.69
-Operating System: Android 10; Build QP1A.190711.020

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
-On android not really sure, but on my work and home desktop browsers yes.

What date did you verify your wallet?
-Been trying to verify for several months now after I got past the 25 BAT minimum

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
-Not on android that I have seen

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
-No, and I have tried on varrious Wifi networks and over the normal cell data network.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
-Yes: United States - Texas

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
-Result: Your SM-G960U Passed… so yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
-Not that I know of

@SaltyBanana Can I do the same? i have the same issue.

@SaltyBanana I DM you yesterday within an hour of your request. I was happy you responded on the forum post within 5 hours, but I am still waiting for a response on the direct messages I sent. What kind of response time should I be expecting in DM conversations since I was assuming it would be quicker at that phase?
