Hi , I’m in Germany , and Ads aren’t showing here but apparently they should as they are available in Germany.
I’m on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.15
Anyone with the same problem ?

@vektar Thanks for sharing the catalog info. The catalog is empty, that’s why you are not receving any ads. Could you please run ipleak.net in your machine and let me know which region IP it’s poiting to, also could you let us know what Language is set in your OS?

@vektar Thanks for the info. Language is set to just English or English (Germany)?. You don’t need to install catalog. If IP + Locale criteria matches then catalog should get download. If both conditions (IP+Locale) satisfy only then catalog will gets downloaded for that supported region and it will have ads category.
In your case, Region is showing as Germany - one critera is matching. Just need a clarification on language which you set? If language belongs to one of the ads not supported country then catalog won’t downalod (it will be empty). For example if Region is US and Language set is English (India) then you will not be able to see ads as English(India) is ads not supported country language. In order to see ads both of these IP+Locale conditions should satisfy.
Hope this is clear. Please set language to one of the ads supported country language.

Thanks. Ok I get it , I’m using English , there is no English ( Germany ) available , I switched to german for a test as I don’t speak german . Restarted the computer but the catalogue still seems empty .
@vektar Cool, ads categories should be available and catalog should be downloaded for you. I am not sure what is the reason for the empty catalog. I am checking with ads team, will get back to you once i get the answer.
